How can you resist laughing at these funny faces??? As a very important person has said, "There is no other week during the entire year than the one I spend in El Salvador when I laugh more or cry more." I wish that everyone could make this trip at least once. It is life-changing. Everyone should experience it. I highly recommend it. This year, just like every other year, we have all very committed and dedicated delegation members ready to travel. We are in the last stages of preparation. We have had one Spanish lesson, given by Jennifer del Pino. We have one more to go - next Sunday, on the 10th. This does not mean that we are all going to be fluent in Spanish. Quite the contrary!!! But, at least we know a few more words. We will be commissioned during worship on June 17th and then we leave very early on Tuesday, July 19th. While on our trip, there will be others writing on the blog. It will be good to have lots of different viewpoints observing the highs and lows of the trip. Check back for more soon. Until then...Via con dios!Monday, June 4, 2012
